Services
WebForge Labs provides website development, web applications, AI solutions, and digital marketing services. Project scope, timelines, and deliverables will be defined in individual agreements.
Payments
Payments must be made as agreed upon in project terms. Deposits may be required before work begins. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension.
Revisions & Deliverables
We work closely with clients to meet expectations; however, revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback, and required materials necessary to complete the project.
Intellectual Property
Final deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed. WebForge Labs retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio.
Limitation of Liability
WebForge Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business interruptions.
Third-Party Integrations
We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party platforms, plugins, or services used within a project.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
